Please bring your own fins, paddles & buoy to workouts.  If you swim at Elks, bring your own towel, shampoo, etc.

If you are new or visiting from out of town, please introduce yourself to the BAM Coach so that he/she can place you in the appropriate lane.

BAM encourages new folks to attend two workouts to see if it's a good fit... all BAM workouts and coaches are very different so, it's good to try out a few workouts.
