2020 Winter/Spring Schedule

Please bring your own fins, paddles & buoy to workouts.  If you swim at Elks, bring your own towel, shampoo, etc.

If you are new or visiting from out of town, please introduce yourself to the BAM Coach so that he/she can place you in the appropriate lane.

You can try out two BAM workouts for free to see if it's a good fit for you.
You will have to pay the entry fee into the facility (rec center) but the BAM workout will be free
Introduce yourself to the BAM coach on deck and let him/her know that you are there to try out the program.  They will assist you from there on.
