GUIDELINES FOR BAM WORKOUTS:

  • All swimmers that attend a BAM workout must sign-up on "sign-up.com" whether the swimmer has a BAM pass or not
  • Sign up for workouts are on Sign-up.com
  • Sign-up.com will send a confirmation the day before if you are signed up for a workout
  • Do not come to a swim workout if you are sick

Good Sessions for Beginners and for Stroke Technique are:
MWF 7 - 8 am, Mondays 12-1, Monday and Wednesdays 6:30 pm 


If you have swim equipment, it would be great to bring the gear to the workouts (fins, paddles, buoys)
