Dave Scott Beginners Tri Clinic
Saturday, June 6th @ The Boulder Reservoir
7 am to 11:30 am

The clinic is designed for the novice/beginner triathlete who is seeking confidence and expert insight into key elements of triathlon training and racing.  Dave Scott, 6 time Ironman World Champion and first inductee into the Ironman Hall of Fame, will take you through a one day clinic that includes:

  • Unique strength and stretch exercise sessions guaranteed to enhance your ability in all three disciplines.
  • Detailed discussion and practice of swim/bike /run biomechanics
  • Open water swim, supervised by BAM
  • Plenty of time to ask Dave questions.

    COST         $129  before May 1st - $149 after May 1st

    Each participant will receive FREE Stretch Cords courtesy of SPRI &
    a Swim Cap.
    Breakfast will be provided.

Bare-Bones Open-Water Swims

Saturday, June 20 & Sunday, July 19 @ Boulder Reservoir
These Open Water Swims provide a safe and relaxed enviroment and are open to everyone.  You must be 18 years of age to participate.

Individual Swim - 1 or 2 Mile option
Team Swim Event – 4 members per Team, times will be cumulative
Pro Relay – by invitation only.

Boulder Aquatic Masters (BAM) is a Masters Swim Club that is committed to offering a fun, welcoming environment for adult swimmers of all levels. Whether you are trying to get fit, train for a triathlon or participate in the World's Championships, BAM's world-class coaches will help you reach your goals.
